Nutrition And Healthy Eating Habits Program

Let me support you in the complete transformation of your health and relationship to food! I’ve developed a 6 session program that will educate you in a way that is so much clearer than a traditional doctor, weight-loss specialist, trainer, etc. All of the essentials will be covered in the sessions below.

Session 1 – SUGAR: the hidden enemy

We will learn about the negative effects, finding hidden sugar in food labels, glucose levels, and how to lower your sugar intake.

Session 2 – GLUTEN and other inflammatory food

I will teach you about inflammatory food, including gluten, that can cause symptoms like chronic pain, injuries that don’t heal properly, digestive pain, headaches, skin issues, etc. Let’s get the inflammation out of your body!

Session 3 – DAIRY and foods that cause weight gain

I will help you get clear on healthy fats and unhealthy fats, as well as simple tricks on how to lose weight if that is your goal.


Session 4 – MACRO and MICRO Nutrition education

You will finally understand the difference and proper balance of carbs, proteins and fats, we will also discus calories, and portion size thats approniate for you. 


Session 5 – FOOD SENSITIVITIES and ALLERGIES

It is essential to be aware of foods that may cause negative reactions in your body.These include Candida, Yeast, Lectins, Solanine, and more.

Session 6 – FOOD LABELING and CUSTOMIZE RECIPES

Protect yourself by understanding food labels and ingredients that may be unhealthy. I will also give you fun, easy recipes that sooth your particular needs.

This program includes three 20 minute support calls so I can help you along the way. Any additional support calls are 20 minutes, $30.

Pay per session option – you can pay as you go:
First session: 90 min – $150
Sessions 2-6: 60 min – $95

Pay upfront option:
6 sessions: $625 total
plus a free additional 20 min support call (4 calls total)
